چکیده

To evaluate the expression of miR-155 and autophagy in COPD related mechanism. Alveolar macrophages were extracted from patients. dynamic mouse model was established. Mouse alveolar also isolated cultured. Rat macrophage cell line NR8383 introduced. The TLR4 NF-κB cells with CSE treatment evaluated. upregulated bronchoalveolar lavage fluid patients, treated (p < 0.05). Overexpression miR‐155 led to dysregulation closely. promoted by directly targeting TLR4/NF-κB pathway line. Our study revealed a novel inflammatory role mechanisms. We provide new perspective understand pathogenesis COPD, might be useful as potential target for COPD.

Targeting miR-155 to Treat Experimental Scleroderma

Scleroderma is a refractory autoimmune skin fibrotic disorder. Alterations of microRNAs in lesional skin could be a new approach to treating the disease. Here, we found that expression of miR-155 was up regulated in lesional skin tissue from patients with either systemic or localized scleroderma, and correlated with fibrosis area. Then we demonstrated the potential of miR-155 as a therapeutic t...

Mycobacterium tuberculosis-induced miR-155 subverts autophagy by targeting ATG3 in human dendritic cells

Autophagy is a primordial eukaryotic pathway, which provides the immune system with multiple mechanisms for the elimination of invading pathogens including Mycobacterium tuberculosis (Mtb). As a consequence, Mtb has evolved different strategies to hijack the autophagy process. Given the crucial role of human primary dendritic cells (DC) in host immunity control, we characterized Mtb-DC interpla...

Airway Inflammation in COPD*

Inflammation of the airways has been regarded as a cardinal pathophysiologic feature of asthma for some 20 years. This concept has been based on evidence from a variety of sources: the histologic changes in the airway wall, hyperresponsiveness of the asthmatic airways to a wide range of natural and pharmacologic agents, the presence of activated inflammatory and immune cells and their mediators...

Eosinophilic airway inflammation in COPD

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is a common condition and a major cause of mortality. COPD is characterized by irreversible airflow obstruction. The physiological abnormalities observed in COPD are due to a combination of emphysema and obliteration of the small airways in association with airway inflammation. The predominant cells involved in this inflammatory response are CD8+ lymphocyte...
